Royse Law Opens Office in Los Angeles

Laurie A. Allen, Esq. has joined Royse Law Firm as Director of the Southern California Practice in its new Southern California office. Ms. Allen was formerly Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARIA); Senior Vice President, Business Development and Legal Affairs for Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE); and a Partner in the Business and Technology Practice of the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP (California/New York). Ms. Allen has an LL.M., Taxation, from New York University School of Law and a law degree from Emory University School of Law.  The addition of Ms. Allen will significantly expand the firm’s practice and expertise in providing high quality tax, corporate and technology law services throughout California and internationally.

Royse Law Firm has now opened a law office in Southern California effective January 5, 2009 at 10900 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 300, Los Angeles 90024. Laurie A. Allen, Esq. will manage the Southern California office as the Director of the Southern California practice, serving Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties and San Diego. The firm’s new offices expand the geographic reach of its tax and corporate law practice throughout California.
