Ayleen Ito Lee joins Royse Law Firm in expansion of the Asia Pacific practice (August 24, 2010)
PALO ALTO, Calif.—August 24, 2010—Roger Royse, founder of Royse Law Firm, a corporate and tax law firm with offices in Northern and Southern California, announced the continued expansion of the firm’s Asia Pacific practice with the addition of attorney Ayleen Ito Lee, formerly with Dorsey & Whitney LLP. “Our Asia Pacific practice has been robust from the day the firm was founded,” said Mr. Royse. “The addition of Ayleen Lee enhances the talent, connections and services available to our clients doing business in the Asia Pacific region. Ms. Lee, a Stanford Law School graduate, is also a former entrepreneur, founding a company that developed, manufactured and distributed educational products domestically and in Europe. She also founded a company that specialized in gifts and cards targeted to Chinese Americans. “Having been an entrepreneur, I can relate to the challenges of my startup clients,” said Ms. Lee. Located at the Royse Law Firm headquarters in Palo Alto, California, Ms. Lee brings over 20 years of experience to the practice. She is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Silicon Valley, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the Palo Alto Area Bar Association.
The addition of Ms. Lee to Royse Law Firm follows the recent addition of Lisa M. Chapman, a labor and employment attorney, formerly with Nixon Peabody LLP, and also with over 20 years of experience. Ms. Chapman heads the firm’s Labor and Employment Group and is part of a strategic service line expansion under the leadership of founder Roger Royse. “We are continuously deepening our service and industry specializations to meet the needs of our clients.
