Cleantech deals loom large at RoyseLaw

Many of the financings and joint ventures led by RoyseLaw in 2008 have been in the cleantech space. In August 2008, RoyseLaw represented Potter Drilling in its sale of Series A Preferred stock to Google.org (August 19, 2008). Earlier this year, RoyseLaw represented Stirling Energy Systems, a solar power company, in connection with its sale of a controlling interest to Dublin-based NTR plc for US$100 million (May 30, 2008).
