Jeff Warmoth is Of Counsel with the firm and heads the firm’s Real Estate practice. As such, his practice focuses in the areas of residential, retail, office and mixed-use development, representing property owners, developers and builders. Jeff has extensive experience in transactional matters, including office and retail leases. Jeff has a solid background in entitlement processing and in local and regional land use issues. His significant entitlement experience is regularly sought to assist landowners and residential and commercial developers to navigate all aspects of the land use regulatory process. His representation of landowners and developers includes processing applications for general plan and specific plan amendments, rezonings, subdivision maps and use permits, including making public appearances on behalf of proposed projects in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Campbell and San Jose. Over the last twenty-five years, Jeff has practiced with prominent law firms in Silicon Valley and Orange County. In addition, Jeff has held senior management roles with several large real estate investment and development companies. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was responsible for securing land use entitlements for several major Silicon Valley developments, including securing all of the required land use entitlements for the redevelopment of the Sunnyvale Town Center project.

Jeff has served in numerous community volunteer roles, including as Member and as Chairman, Los Altos Planning Commission, Los Altos, California, 1994-1998; and Development Community Representative, Specific Plan Oversight and Outreach Committee, El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan, Menlo Park, California, 2006-Present.
