Michael T. Sun has practiced commercial law since 1978 and specializes in issues surrounding corporate management and corporate governance. He has experience in the fields of business transactions, probate and estate planning law.

Prior to joining RoyseLaw, Michael practiced commercial law with the firm of Baker, Ancel and Hall beginning in 1978. He later joined the commercial firm of Katz, Hoyt and Bell in 1982, where he became a partner in 1989. Michael formed his own practice in 1997 in Santa Monica, California, which has been widely successful. Michael has spent years working with some of the largest companies in Asia, including Wah Seong Trading Company, Selangor Dredging Sdn. Bhd., and Parkway International Development.

Michael is an active member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.
