Phillip Maskiewicz is a legal assistant who assists in general corporate maintenance, due diligence and financings. Phil graduated in 2006 from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Molecular Biology and a B.A. in Spanish Studies. He has experience in Real Estate Development and spent three years in the senior living industry with a focus on land acquisition, feasibility, and entitlements.
