Pondra Perkins’ practice focuses on trademarks, intellectual property protections, licensing and corporate law. Pondra works with clients in the online services, new media, technology, consumer products, and food & beverage industries. When advising technology companies, she leverages her experience as a project manager for software and ecommerce applications for several internet media companies, including digital photography leaders Getty Images (NYSE: GYI) and Photodisc, and digital music pioneer HitHive Inc.

Prior to joining Royse Law Firm, Pondra was a partner at SattarPerkins LLP where she focused on corporate and intellectual property counseling. She also practiced media litigation as an Attorney and Law Fellow for the First Amendment Project, where she represented journalists, media organizations, advocates and whistle blowers at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal courts.
