Ms. Ghiasvand’s client representation encompasses a wide range of services including; corporate formation, corporate transactions, general business and personal tax planning, estate planning, and representation of clients before all taxing agencies.

Prior to joining the Royse Law Firm, Ms. Ghiasvand focused her practice in aiding clients through strategic tax and asset protection planning. She has formed business entities, corporations, and estate tax structures. She has also represented individuals, business entities, and corporations in a wide range of tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, and the State Board of Equalization.
