Mr. Coxon practices in the firm’s Corporate and Securities, M&A, Fund Formation, and Estate Planning groups.
 
While in law school, Mr. Coxon worked as a law clerk for the firm and was employed by the California Department of Insurance to assist with the drafting of premium rate regulations. Prior to earning his J.D., Mr. Coxon worked as a consultant performing financial and accounting analyses for use in corporate litigation and regulatory matters.
 
Mr. Coxon is an adjunct professor at the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business where he teaches statistics for the undergraduate and MBA programs.
